Directions
Dissolved 56.30 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely and distribute aseptically. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool it to 42-45 °C and add 5.0 mg Ampicillin for the selective isolation of Aeromonas. Mix well and aseptically pour in to the petri plates allow to solidify and inoculate test sample aseptically.
