Directions
Dissolve 40.55 grams in 900 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45°C. Add 100 ml sterile serum and mix well. Dispense into a sterile test tube and inoculate the test sample aseptically.
